Rochelle Powell has been a public finance banker since 1994. Rochelle joined Prager in 2005 and is responsible for expanding the not-for-profit, social service agency, and K-12 financial advisory and underwriting business. She also covers a select group of higher education clients and cultural institutions. Through her efforts, Prager has become a recognized expert in the field of human service agency financings as well as financings for yeshivas. Rochelle is also responsible for covering northeast municipal clients including, Connecticut, New York City, New York State, New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Before Prager, Rochelle served as Senior Vice President in the Public Finance Department at Greenwich partners, a Northeast regional investment banking firm. Her responsibilities included originating and managing bond financings in the primary market, growing the not-for-profit underwriting business and covering state and local authorities in the Tri-state area.
Rochelle has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from New York University. She is a Registered Representative, Principal and Partner.
