Vice President, New York
Colin Walsh is a Vice President in Prager's Strategic Advisory and Financial Advisory practices. Mr. Walsh has worked as a municipal finance professional for more than two decades and brings a wealth of experience focused in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors.
Before joining Prager, Mr. Walsh was a Senior Vice President in the Education & Nonprofit Banking group of Wells Fargo's Government & Institutional Banking commercial banking unit. He was the Northeastern and Midwestern Divisional Credit Team Leader managing four credit analysts covering a range of borrowers that included large public systems, small private institutions, museums and cultural organizations, and other non-profit borrowers. Before Wells Fargo, Mr. Walsh worked at Fitch Ratings and Allied Irish Bank as a credit analyst and lender, respectively, assisting various higher education and not-for-profit borrowers.
Mr. Walsh received his B.S. in Public Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from Fordham University. He holds a Certificate in Credit Analysis from New York University and is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.
