Prager & Co., the boutique investment bank serving higher education, has announced that Nim Chinniah has joined Prager as Managing Director and co-head of its Strategic Advisory Group. Fred Prager, CEO of Prager & Co., said, "Our firm has served the higher education industry for over three decades. This is a crucial time for Colleges and Universities as they navigate a rapidly changing financial environment and budget constraints. Yet they are expected to continue to lead in the development of solutions to the pressing global problems of our times. This new practice line positions the firm to support our clients as they respond to the challenged existing model of higher education. I am delighted to have Nim Chinniah join the firm. Through the years we have worked together, Nim has become a trusted colleague and friend. His experience and expertise are essential to our future success."
